Customer Service Systems Analyst

About the role
As our Customer Service Systems Analyst, you'll supercharge the systems and processes that sit at the heart of our customer experience, leading smart, impactful improvements that boost service outcomes and empower the City with stronger, more effective information management.
The role supports internal stakeholders by empowering them in the effective use of systems, by providing technical advice and support, resolving system functionality issues and facilitating system training.
It also contributes to corporate reporting, system auditing, and stakeholder liaison, including working with software providers to ensure system reliability and optimisation.
About you
You will be a qualified Information Systems professional with practical experience in information management or customer request systems, backed by strong project planning and analytical skills to drive system and process improvements. You'll bring the ability to scope, deliver and optimise business systems and processes while communicating effectively with and supporting stakeholders across the organisation.
